If you change your mind after purchasing an account (e.g., you found a better account), we cannot process a refund unless the seller agrees to take the account back. In such cases, a small fee may apply.
3. Refund Eligibility

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), changing the password, and adding any additional security measures provided by the game or platform. While we ensure that all accounts sold are legitimate and fully accessible at the time of purchase, we cannot be held responsible for future issues such as hacking or data breaches.

Goodwill Gesture: In rare cases where an account faces issues (e.g., access problems), we will work with you to find a resolution. This may include helping you find a replacement account at a discounted price, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the specific situation.
6. Top-Up Purchases

Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel a top-up order, you must inform us before the transaction is processed. However, cancellations are not guaranteed as top-ups are often completed quickly.
